1. Scope
All Submissions must present original and unpublished work that is not under review elsewhere. All papers should align with scope of the of the journal to which it is submitted.

2. Submission Guidelines
All authors are requested to adhere to the submission guidelines available on the publisher’s website. Papers must be submitted exclusively through the designated submission platform, and formatting should strictly follow the template provided on the website.

3. Review Process
Each journal follows a single-blind peer review process. Every submission will be evaluated by at least two to three qualified and independent reviewers based on originality, relevance, technical soundness, clarity, and overall significance.

4. Plagiarism and Ethical Standards
GR Scholastic adheres to the highest standards in publication ethics in selecting and publishing quality research. We ensure transparent and fair review and publication processes in accordance with the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics. We require and recommend to all involved in scholarly publishing including authors, reviewers, editors, journal teams, publishers and institutions to adhere and familiarize with the policies and practices applicable. Plagiarism (including self-plagiarism) will result in rejection and possible blacklisting. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest.

5. Acceptance
The publisher does not guarantee that all submitted papers will be accepted for publication. Submissions that do not meet the required quality standards may be declined at the discretion of the publisher.

6. Copyright and License
All open access articles in the journals of the GR Scholastic are published under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial 4.0 (CC BY-NC) International license. The full legal code of the Creative Commons NonCommercial Attribution 4.0 International Public License may be found at

Authors retain copyright for broad re-use to their article content for their future publications.

7. Article Processing Charges (APC):
We are pleased to announce that there are no Article Processing Charges (APC) for publishing in our journals.

8. Article: Post Publication Policy

Comments and Complaints
Decisions about Corrections, Comments and Replies, Expressions of Concerns, or Retractions resulting from an investigation are made by Editors-in-Chief, or Editorial Board members, and communicated to authors. All complaints, comments or update requests related to published papers are investigated by the Editorial Office and final approval by the Editor-in-Chief. For ethical concerns, final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Board members who are supported by the Editorial Office to promote adherence to core principles of publication ethics. Legal counsel may be sought where the complaint has legal implications.

Article Retractions
GR Scholastic will retract articles in cases of proven scientific misconduct, significant errors that invalidate the work's conclusions, or ethical breaches. Retractions are clearly stated, explaining the reason for retraction to maintain the integrity of the scientific record.
Articles may be retracted for several reasons, including:

• Research misconduct (data fabrication)
• Duplicate or overlapping publication
• Fraudulent use of data
• Clear plagiarism
• Unethical research

Correction
For Minor corrections, Authors may request corrections or submit errata for minor errors that do not impact the scientific content of an article but require an updated version to be uploaded to the version of the record (VoR). The Publisher will review these submissions and publish “correction statements” as necessary in the PDF version as footnote, ensuring the accuracy of the published record. A minor correction will not be accompanied by a separate published correction notice.

Major correction aims to address issues and errors that could affect the scientific interpretation of an article. Once approved, the paper will be updated and re-published on our website, along with the publication of a correction. This notice is a separate publication that links to the updated paper but is published in the most current issue of the journal. The correction notifies all readers that a significant change has occurred to the paper and that the revised version is now available on the website.
