Ethical Guidelines
Ethics Statement
GR Scholastic is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication and research ethics, ensuring integrity in all aspects of its work.
Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting integrity in research and its publication. COPE has defined a set of recommended Core Practices that are applicable to all involved in publishing scholarly including authors, reviewers, editors, journal teams, publishers and institutions.
GR Scholastic adheres to the highest standards in publication ethics in selecting and publishing quality research. We ensure transparent and fair review and publication processes in accordance with the Core Practices of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). We require and recommend to all involved in scholarly publishing including authors, reviewers, editors, journal teams, publishers and institutions to adhere and familiarize with the policies and practices applicable.
GR Scholastic remains neutral with regard to jurisdictional claims in published maps and institutional affiliations.
Generative AI Policies
GR Journals recognizes the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools in research and writing. Authors must disclose any use of generative AI or AI-assisted technologies in the preparation of their manuscript, including in the writing, editing, or figure creation processes.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors since authorship carries accountability that AI systems cannot assume. The use of AI does not reduce authors' responsibilities for the accuracy, originality, and integrity of the work submitted.
Reviewers must not use Generative AI tools or Large Language Models (LLMs) in the preparation of review reports, as this would compromise the confidentiality and integrity of the peer review process.
Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement
GR Journals is committed to ensuring ethics in publication and quality of articles. Conformance to standards of ethical behavior is therefore expected of all parties involved: Authors, Editors, Reviewers, and the Publisher.
